Property:

Application:
1. Used for stone materials, such as marble, to improve the strength and wear-resistance.
2. Used for organic glass, PC, PP and polystyrene to increase the light transmittance. As protection coating on the surface of plane glass, car glass, sun glass, optical instrument and Electronic instrument screen etc.
3. Used as a cover coating of the metal product.
4. Used as insulation coating in some electronic and electrical components, such as high-frequency coil.
5. Widely used in plastics and rubber fields.
Process methods:
Treatment- Mixing paint-Curing- Coat- Standing-Drying
*Treatment
Metal: Sand blasting, or polishing to remove the rust and oxidation film.
Other material: degreasing, keep the surface clean. (suggest alcohol)
*Coat: Spray coating or roller coating, control the coating within 5-15um. (spray coating about 15 m2/kg, brush coating about 20 m2/kg)
* Solidify condition: room temperature, or 100degree C/60mins, or 180degree C/30mins.
